Job description
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager member to join LucidLink, who will be responsible for defining and delivering the strategy of our product. This person will partner with the Engineering team, to provide clarity for the business requirements and act as a bridge between the technical and business worlds.
This role will directly collaborate with Engineering Leads, to be a key go-to person, sharing responsibility for product realisation, delivering great features and solutions for LucidLink’s clients and stakeholders.
Your skills and qualifications:
- You are an experienced product manager with a technical background
- You have the ability to understand complex software systems and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- You can handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, by organising, leading and managing them across internal teams
- You are a critical thinker and a ruthless prioritise
- You excel at synthesising market feedback and industry insights to actionable product initiatives

Your responsibilities:
- Work with business stakeholders to build and define initiatives, gather requirements and collaborate in building the roadmap that address the client needs and company strategy direction
- Make sure the roadmap items are well defined and communicated across the internal teams
- Prioritise and organize the work, assuring the tasks are well described in Jira, distributed among the team members and executed in a timely manner
- Act a key role to make sure releases are run smoothly and the inter team work (marketing, support, etc.) is well managed
